We had a delicious and amazing afternoon tea, with a wide selection of teas, sandwiches and cakes. The Ruinart champagne was a great accompaniment to the food. Most of all, the service was excellent, particularly from Pratigya who explained the menu in detail and ensured that our teapot was topped up. She boxed up the cakes and scones that we couldn’t finish and made our afternoon tea experience special.

We went for afternoon tea and our waiter from Aylan was fantastic! We had the best afternoon Tea experience. we had good service and the food was really a treasure. we couldn't finish it all and had to take Doggy bags home. will be back!

Merin at park room is one of the most kindest servers I ever met, her demeanour , quality of service and kindness is exemplary . Top of the class.

It’s simply just amazing. The staff who served us just adds up to everything that came across. Merin, she was just splendid at what she was doing. She knew on how to slide through and make us feel so comfortable just like home. She’s just absolutely wonderful and the grace while she was serving us is just any customer would want.
