No. 11 Pimlico Road

Very hot day. Thirsty, hungry and only an hour before I had to be at London Victoria Coach Station. Called in on the off chance as there were only a few people in there it was 4pm. I explained my situation (dripping with sweat) and the wait staff member was really friendly, helpful and professinal and not at all phased by my request for a pint of lime squash with ice £1! . I took some time choosing food as I only wanted a snack and was on a restricted diet. Unfortunately my first choice was not available as there were 'no tomatoes ' I had a snack plate which was more than ample and delicious but took quite some time to arrive so I had to eat it quickly, which was a shame. Another pint of lime squash was required and the wait staff didn 't bat an eyelid and treated me as if I was their best customer. I 'm sorry I don 't remember the guy 's name as he was one of the best wait staff I have met (light coloured hair with a slight European accent).

Ideal location for a lazy lunch with friends. The restaurant easily managed to accommodate our group of 9. Excellent wide choice of menu that catered for each member of the group. We received attentive service from the team who were happy for member to pay individually for their choice. Thank you Ian Phyllis for selecting this restaurant.

Very disappointing service. Just came back from the restaurant and I’m fuming, by far one the worst experience I had dinning out. My mom accidentally brushed her hand against the waitress belly (she is pregnant) while trying to get her attention and she completely flipped on her, got aggressive while saying ‘do not touch me’. I understand people have boundaries and that they need to be enforced, but there was no reason to get aggressive and treat us in such a rude way. My mom left in tears wondering what she have done wrong. This was one of my favourite restaurants, but I will not be coming back.

I was hanging out waiting for my wife to finish work and dropped in here for dinner for one. I had a very nice schnitzel and fries washed down by a glass of rose. If I was being hyper-picky I would say it was fairly salty, but it nicely cooked and very tasty.
