Very extremely atmospheric cocktail bar just off Oxford Street. Attentive, knowledgeable staff, well-made cocktails, subdued lighting; what more could you ask for?

I can not believe this place has been open since and I have never been! My friend managed to get a last minute reservation for pre-dinner drinks on a Friday night and this place was perfect. I read the tripadvisor reviews before going so...found the unmarked door easily enough. A very friendly welcome at the main entrance and then ushered through to our booth which was really comfortable for of us. The service is what really makes this place friendly, knowledgeable guys and girls who whip up your round efficiently and get the balance just right between leaving you alone and checking on your drinks level. We were non-members and made a hour reservation. We had to leave after hours for our dinner but we all said we couldn't wait to come back for more!

Perfect service, stunning cocktails in a beautifully quirky bar. As the bar for suggestions of what to drink. Great place for a few drinks with friends.

Members only and renowned bar, on the must-visit list of many cocktail-lovers. I've only visisted once and experienced the worst customer service ever (without exageration). The man (he is one of the managers apparently) at the front desk was so incredibly rude and unwelcoming that...our group was very closed to leaving if it wasn't for others already waiting for us inside. There was not a single kind or welcoming word uttered by him, what's worse- he went on discussing and badmouthing his former member of staff working there,in front of us! When I said that this was irrelevant and we didn't need to know this, he got very defensive and even went as far as blaming us for his team's error in our reservation. Once we were inside the bar, it took a short while to shake off this sour moment and we wanted to give cocktails a go. The bar and floor service was seamless and our mood lifted as we were served by a lovely girl who new the menu and other classic well and we had a nice chat with her while ordering couple of rounds of drinks. Cocktails were nice but not spectacular, not overpriced at all, we didn't order any bar snacks. Music was good but overall ambience somewhat bleak, it is very dark in both rooms- I mean bars are not supermarkets, there should be some atmosphere with dim lights etc. but this was just too dark to actually see the decor of the place. When we were leaving, couple of drinks later and in a better mood, we walked passed the front desk host who we met at the arrival. Since the reception is very small, we bumped into other guests being checked in. To my surprise, this guy was so rude to them too, he made a condescending comment about a lady's coat and he grunted something about them not knowing the way to the members bar. We were all gobsmacked and left in astonishment how such a place can employ staff with absolutely no people skills, let alone customer service. Milk and Honey- never again, thank you very much!

The cocktails here are to die for We went for pre dinner drinks, the bar is beautiful, great atmosphere with staff that could not do enough for you. Amazing little find
