Itsu - City of London,Westminster

Just across the Covent Garden tube station, good food, eat in downstairs.

They don't have tap water within reach like in most places, you have to ask the cashier. The bathrooms didn't work You didn't have seeds to add to your meals. The food ok.

Clean place, normal prices, I recommend it for a quick lunch.

Tables are dirty even though the place is almost empty

I work in the area and frequently come to Itsu for lunch, the main reason I visit is because of the wonderful and friendly service I experience from the staff, specifically Ahmed who is always provides exceptional service. He goes the extra mile and is always on hand to help with any of my queries. His warm and pleasant demeanour always brings me back to visit Itsu neal street.
