Ibuki Sushi

A hidden gem of an authentic sushi restaurant located in a neighboring area of Maida Vale. The quality of the ingredients used is top-notch. I highly recommend trying the Huhn Katsu and the made-to-order Maki rolls, particularly the spicy seared tuna and salmon. They are some of the best I've had outside of San Francisco and Sydney. While the service can be a bit haphazard at times, it is always charming and well-intentioned. Overall, a delightful surprise.

I waited over an hour and ten minutes for my son's teriyaki chicken and rice, while everyone else was already eating. The portions were small and overpriced. This will be my first and last time dining here.
