Very professional and friendly staff! and a nice selection of food and drinks. they use birchal tee that is really beautiful. better than most similar shops. also really good barrists. he made the coffee exactly as I asked, even if I'm a bit fussy.

Vanilla latte is exceptional. Nice vegan options. Friendly staff.

Eating are a good alternative to Pret-A-Manger, and in my opinion make better sandwiches. they also have some nice hot food choices, their cakes for example are worth a try when they are part of the strange Ponsh Pie. the Eastcheap branch I've always found is clean, and I've always managed to find a place, even during lunchtime. it can be a little crowded at peak times, but then again most lunch spots in the opposite also do. the staff is friendly and helpful, I can't really mistake it.

I love this two g of eat and feel really welcome there. the same personal greets them every day and always has a smile of something positive to say, despite a seriously busy dig. chains can easily lose the feeling of good service with uninterested employees, but this eat has a brilliant team.

Typical chain. would recommend it from a background in any case: tourist from the sky garden do not know that it is there, so compared to the proximity of coffee shops, it is much less crowded.
