Domino's Pizza

I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. We placed a pre-order for pizzas to be delivered to our workplace at 1pm for Christmas, but 40 minutes later they still had not arrived. When we checked at 1pm, we were told that the pizzas were still being prepared. We tried calling multiple times since then, but no one answered the phone. Many of us had to return to work without lunch because of this delay. I regret ordering from this restaurant and do not plan on ordering from Dominos again in the future. They do not even deserve the one star rating I gave them.

This was my first and last visit to the Foley Street store. My wife and I ordered a pizza for pickup at 20:00. We arrived at the store around 19:45 and found our pizza ready and waiting. I requested a fresh pizza as it was still early, but the staff was rude and unapologetic. They made my pizza too early and seemed dismissive of my concerns. Additionally, I found it disrespectful that they were speaking in another language, possibly about me. In England, it is polite to speak English in the workplace out of respect for colleagues and customers. The staff should time their orders better to ensure customers receive the freshest product possible. The pizza itself was fine, but the poor customer service left a bad impression on me.

I used my o2 priority thing to get a small £1 pizza. The line was so long it took about 30 minutes! They should have more people serving at lunchtime on a Monday since they know how busy they get. But the pizza was good and I would say it was worth it

Although the pizza and chicken were delicious and arrived quickly, the sides we ordered were forgotten despite the quality control phase mentioned on the order tracking website. We paid the full amount to the delivery person, even giving a tip, with his assurance that he would return with the missing items. Unfortunately, he never came back, even though the restaurant was just around the corner from our home. We were very disappointed and don't plan on returning, as there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from.

To be honest, the dominos here are absolutely incredible. a thing that is noticeable how the pizza sold here tastes so much fresher! the pizza sold here was amazing. I bought a veggie superior here and it was just one of the best pizzas I've eaten throughout my life. the pizza and the perfect amount of cheese, each disc had so much taste and the pommes were also some of the best pommes I've ever eaten. if they wish a delicious breakfast margarita, this is a good option to satisfy their demand and therefore I believe it deserves its 5 stars.
