Cutter Squidge

This the third time I’ve used Cutter Squidge for gifting brownies they always go down well! On this occasion I had an order query I needed help with and Gaby replied and resolved it straight away. Great customer service.

Please check u r bank transactions after u do a payment here, I have brought a cake on the 15th of this month and they have charged me twice £84)on my card, the lady first said it happens with some customers and one says it’s never happened like this before and said ooh it will come back into your account, it’s 19th now the money never came back after repeated calls they now they say call u bank , imagine if I don’t check my transactions I would even know that they charges me twice,it clearly says that my money has been hold by Cutters and squidge.

Oana was really helpful when there was a glitch with the delivery address. Made changing it very easy so a great first experience ordering online

I’ve had brownies from them before which were excellent so decided to order again for a birthday gift. Managed to do the order for delivery on the wrong date so contacted them Gaby in customer service was brilliant. All sorted in a few minutes and birthday disaster averted! Great service great products!

Thank you C S for the most delicious and beautifully crafted cakes we were sent as a wedding gift. The blueberry cheesecake and the chocolate vegan cakes were both amazingly yummy!
