The customer service at this restaurant was awful. The supposed manager was incredibly rude and hostile towards my friend as she was trying to place her order. The manager completely lost their temper and displayed a terrible attitude.

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and the service from Gonzalo was excellent. He provided me with a great recommendation - the Salt Pepper Chicken. The price and quality of the food were both exceptional. If you're in the area, don't miss the opportunity to dine here!

I purchased three bowls with three extra toppings. Two of the bowls were filled with rice and one with noodles, leaving very little space for the toppings. The "egg fried rice" was dry and lacked flavor, with hardly any egg in it. There were limited options for toppings. Each bowl cost around £8.25. I felt like I was taken advantage of and will not be returning. I do not recommend this place as it is not worth the money.

Staff were rude !! I was at the front of the queue and he was servicing people behind me !! Racism at its finest

Visited Stratford Westfield last night. We always wanted to try Chopsticks, what a mistake. Very bland, tasteless etc. I presume all their branches are like this so will not bother ever again. You get what you pay for and boy it is correct in this case. Staff were helpful.
