Contribuiți la feedbackI didn't make a reservation, just decided to take a chance and walk in. We were greeted warmly and found a table for two. The service was good and the food was very tasty. The atmosphere was nice and the tables were clean. The staff was friendly. The wait for drinks and food was reasonable. The restaurant is conveniently located near Kings Cross and St Pancras train stations. The only suggestion would be to improve the presentation of the Pavlova to make it more special, but the taste was still delicious.
This charming restaurant offers friendly, warm, and attentive service. The menu may be a bit expensive, but it is typical for the St. Pancras area. Don't forget to try an ANZAC biscuit during your visit!
Located in a plait in front of St Pancras, it is a bright and lively local. We made a very good brunch, quantity and quality. Good service.
I took a breakfast consisting of two potato cakes, poached eggs and smoked trout. The cakes were immangeable and the cold poached eggs, probably coming from a vacuum, the same kind as found in the low-end buffets. Flat sold at 18 pounds. I strongly advise. Both points go to the kindness of the staff.
Bit of a mixed bag. Service was fine, if a little unpolished but food was very hit and miss. Fried chicken starter was great, with a huge portion almost too big , as was the grilled cauliflower. But the prawn noodle bowl main course was bland and tasteless and the rice pudding dessert not hot enough. Felt like an inconsistent kitchen not really on top of its game....
