Tim Hortons - City of Lockport

So, let's be clear. I ordered a hot chocolate, but deep down, I really wish they offered like medium chocolate. Like who wants to wait an hr to drink hot chocolate. Like you could have cold chocolate for the weak of heart. Medium chocolate for the normally people that enjoy there chocolate beverage and hot chocolate for the people with no souls who have zero taste buds left. Meh what do I know though...

The food is hit or miss for this location but the people are friendly and helpful.

Worst customers service, looks like the employees don’t even wanna be there, we can’t even ask questions because they just stay quiet and give u a whole attitude, I’ll never go again.

I'm tired of getting burnt coffee, from this location . $3 cup of coffee shouldn't be burnt!

I didn't buy anything here....I went in to use the restroom and that was challenging enough.....
