Jack's Grill - City of Ithaca

I had the worst lunch experience there! They've really declined. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap without tomatoes, but it came loaded with them and barely any chicken. The fries were undercooked, the fried pickles were terrible, and the new cucumber ranch sauce was disgusting. I also paid for two drinks, but they never arrived. It's disappointing, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. I used to order lunch all the time and it was fantastic.

Convenient, the fries are really good, and the jacks sauce is even better, but whats best is melissa because she is my bestie!!!!!

I ordered online from this restaurant, which was supposed to close at 1 PM. I placed my order at 11:15 AM and arrived around 11:40 AM, only to find the doors closed and locked with no one around. I called on Monday to request a refund for my order, and was told that it would be processed in a couple of days. However, three weeks later, I still haven't received anything. I won't be returning; it was a complete waste of $50.

What a fantastic find! This restaurant is conveniently located near Cornell University. After spending the day hiking through Cascadilla Gorge and exploring the campus, our group was starving and desperately in need of a restroom (which we couldn't find anywhere on our hike). We tried a couple of other places before we finally decided to stop at Jack's. I'm glad we did! The food was delicious, the service was fast, and they even had restroom facilities available. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be returning to Jack's. So, whether you’re a visitor or a student, I highly recommend stopping by!
