Italian Market - City of Hudson

My top picks are the Meat Lasagna and the Eggplant Parmesan. The sauce is absolutely fantastic. After reading some reviews, I feel inspired to explore other dishes on the menu. I'm confident I won’t be let down!

This is my top choice whenever I visit Hudson, NY. Billy's Sauce is legendary—it's even shipped to the NYC metropolitan area, which is over an hour away. If New Yorkers, with all their dining options, go out of their way to have this sauce delivered from upstate, you know it's something special. I could eat their Italian salad every day! Thank you for the delicious food served promptly and with a friendly smile.

The food here is excellent, and Hudson will truly miss this wonderful deli.

When you come to Cascades, get the waffles! Some of the best homemade waffles I have ever had. I think there's coconut mixed in the flour mix. They were soo good and I don't like coconut generally.
