Just don’t even go to this location! The staff do not possess two brain cells between the three of them. You can’t ever get an answer at the drive through speaker (not sure why to even have one! And once you do get help…. It’ll take 20 minutes to receive the simplest of ice cream orders!
If I could give them a 0 , I would ! We went in there a little before 10pm and the girl that was back there yelled and said WE'RE CLOSED and turned Away from us and walked away never will be back and the girl needs a attitude adjustment in customer service
It's absolutely ridiculous that corporate or management allows this caliber of employees and disgusting conditions. Sad but someone will have to die from before anything will be done.
Didn't notice how bad everything was until after we ordered. While waiting we noticed the napkin bin was disgusting, employee taking orders was sweaty and dirty and kept running his hands through his wet hair, blizzard had the worst aftertaste had to throw it away. Needed to use the restroom which was beyond gross. Felt like we needed tetanus shots from that place. Wished we would have looked at their rating it would have saved us a lot if time... B 87. Not sure how they managed that!
