B-One Korean Restaurant - CITY

Had dinner here last nightAwesome fried chicken, and great calamari and pork BukokiReally tasty, my girlfriend and I loved this place.

I ordered a $12 Bibimbap. It is nice that they give you a Korean side dish with three different small korean appetizers that comes with it.

One of my new year's resolutions is to write more reviews of the places I eat at locally.

I went to b-one because they have bibimbup as a lunch special for $12 at the shop front. Because lunch special of bibimbup was not on the menu, I checked with a waitress, she mentioned that not all the lunch special is not on the menu but they have bibimbup lunch special, so I ordered it. Bibimbup itself was ok. However, when I tried to pay my bill, they charged me $16. I mentioned to them that I ordered the lunch special, and they mentioned that the waitress is new that she was not aware of which one is special. That was not my issue, I told them that I ordered a lunch special and you served me the special bibimbup which I have no ways to work out during meals, but they still think that I should pay $16. I asked them again whether they want to charge me $16 even though that was their fault, and they said yes with the expression that I have been wrong! I paid in the end because I didn't want to argue with someone rude like this over $4. They didn't apologise at all by the way. So rude and horrible customer service. If I can choose the 0 score for review rather than 1, I would do so. If you want to have Korean food in city, just go to cocorea, which you can find very close to this restaurant ; they are always polite and respectful, they do not cheat you, I assure that you will have a way better experience there!
