I've never been to a Starbucks where they have terrible customer service. I had ordered ahead on the app. I thought there patiently waiting it was 130 on a Friday afternoon. . It was completely slow there was nobody there. I waited patiently just in case there was other orders ahead of mine that were on the app, but as my order said that it should be completed I asked what is going on with my order and she sees that I ordered a sandwich. She pulls it from the refrigerator box. I asked why this wasn't started previously and she stated that they're shortstaffed mind you the store is slow as one car in the drive-through and there's only one other person in the store on a laptop other than me and there's three workers working she doesn't apologize. She asked me if I wanted a refund instead no, I want my lunch. Completely rude I'll drive to another location before ever stepping foot in there. Rude rude rude
