Starbucks - Citrus Heights

If you are trying to use a Starbucks gift card here you're taking your chances. We had 5 or 6 gift cards and none of them would work at this store and the employees didn't seem to be the least bit sorry. Went to the Madison store in Fair Oaks and the gift cards work fine.

The experience here is hit or miss. While I’ve had great service in the past, today was not one of those days. I ordered my usual drink, but they barely added any oat milk. When I asked for more, I overheard three different staff members making rude comments about me. I didn’t think it was that difficult to add a little extra milk. As a former Starbucks employee, I understand that the company values making customers feel welcome, but this experience left me feeling quite the opposite. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Drinks were prepared correctly. Staff seemed distracted, therefore a 4 star rating.

This Starbucks is too noisy due to the kitchen sounds, and the music is too loud as well. I couldn’t stay for even 15 minutes and had to leave, and I won’t be returning.
