The sandwich shop was quite clean. I arrived at 10:40 AM, and the door was still locked, but the friendly staff and the fresh bread and produce made the wait worthwhile. I ordered the Italian sandwich with just yellow mustard and lettuce, and it was very tasty. However, the person who took our order could use a bit more training; he seemed to struggle with listening to what I wanted. I had to repeat my request for just lettuce and yellow mustard four times. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The sandwich was amazing! I ordered the 'Turkey and Pastrami,' and it did not disappoint. The service was also excellent, and the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely be returning!

My wife and I dined here yesterday. We both ordered the pesto garlic chicken aioli sandwich, which was more like a 6-inch sandwich than the advertised 4-inch. I also had a small Caesar salad, and my wife opted for the mac and cheese. We each enjoyed a soda from the fountain as well. The sandwiches were fantastic—very flavorful—and my Caesar salad was equally impressive. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is the price; paying $27 for two 4-inch sandwiches feels pretty steep.

They were getting close to closing when my husband and I walked in (Not in the last 5 minutes. We aren 't those people. They were just as genuinely friendly as if we had walked in at lunch. Not only were they patient with my indecision while ordering,, they even took time to chat with us while they fixed our food and rung us up. They were just really real, and positive people. We didn 't feel rushed out the door, or like they were resentful we were there. I ordered the caprese sandwich, warm, and my husband ordered the French dip and a small Greek salad. The prices were reasonable (more than reasonable in light of the quality! and the food was ready in a decent amount of time. We were only one of two orders, but still, they didn 't sit around and 'twiddle their thumbs '. The food...unbelievably, the food was even better than the service! Love this places. In my opinion it’s one of the best sandwich places in Sacramento area. Soups here are pretty good as well especially claim chowder.
