The chocolate chip cookies are phenomenal. Cookies are warm, soft, and chocolate is melty and gooey. I love the peanut butter cookies as well. I regret finding this place because it's too good and I crave it all the time now!

Hello, we constantly have issues with our local Crumbl in Citrus Heights, CA. And Today was the worst…we received two plain sugar cookies in place of the cotton candy cookies without any kind of explanation. The thing that sucks is these cotton candy cookies were supposed to be a surprise and the whole Surprise was ruined. Pretty frustrated.

Cookies are always better when I pick up in store rather than doordash. They arent as soft.

The pink sugar cookie was cold like it came out of the refrigerator, the triple raspberry cookie was too sweet and mushy. The chocolate chip cookie was warm and perfect.
