I ordered a 4-piece chicken strip meal with fries and a soda, but I ended up with 4 pieces of regular chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits, and a soda. It was quite disappointing. The price was outrageous too. Overall, I was very let down.

I ordered a burger, not one with extra mayo. I understand that everyone is under a lot of pressure. However, it was really frustrating to receive a burger with extra mayo 30 minutes later, which made me late for my shift and cost me $12. I’m done with fast food. I know it’s not the workers’ fault for the mix-up, but I work too hard to spend $12 on something I won’t even eat.

No one else was the drive thru in the Restraunt. It took 20 minutes for a hamburger and chili dog. They tried to be helpfully nice staff, but a little slow to fill orders.

We have had problems with this store for a year. But are last visit just last week we were done. Employees were rude unwanted unrespectfull. Over 41 min to get 2 chicken sandwiches that were over cooked. 2 other customers walked out after waiting over 5 min. To get waited on. The best KFC TO GO TO IS THE ONE ON SUNRISE AT CURBY CLEAN RESPECTFUL NICE PLEASENT. A 6 STAR STORE. AUBURN BLVD. STORE half star if that.

The worst service we have ever experienced. It took 7 minutes just to find someone to take our order, and then we waited 22 minutes to receive our food, which was overcooked. Two customers behind us walked out after waiting 5 minutes without anyone attending to them. The staff were unhelpful and didn't seem to care about the customers at all. We will never return. This location has always had issues!
