Mcdonald's - Citronelle

Platz is super evil. inside and cooking area looks bad. knats and fly. the service sucks.

Manager went beyond and beyond. very nice lady. even though she was underwhelmed during lunchtime, she never lost her smile or her cool. she made mcyds better than usual.

The young man who served me today was very polite and efficient. I always stop at this McDonald's on my way to Mississippi, and it was a pleasant surprise to be greeted with a smile. Thank you.

I was hungry and needed to eat something. This place was much better! The food was good!

I placed a mobile order and waited for over 15 minutes for my curbside order to be brought out to me. While waiting, I observed more than 15 cars pass through the drive-thru line. I will not be ordering from this place again. The only positive aspect was that my fries were hot.
