Il Cucco - CISTERNINO

Eating, wein and service in il cucco was excellent. that was probably the most upscale restaurant where we ate in puglia during our time, but the price said differently. the personal was known about the wein and helped to get something to our taste (what they have discovered) eating was sublim; we had a selection of different starters that I would suggest if they wanted to try a bit of everything. the trio the lambhead was really good as the otopus my wife had. I'll be back in a heartbeat!

In my modest notice the location is fantastic, the service very good, but the kitchen is to be reviewed. The spritz is different and they don't tell you. appetizers don't leave you in great memory, maybe even disappointing, the first details in the presentation but not in the goto, the meat I took an entrecote) do not cook from the restaurant but from home, the result is from boiled meat. I'll come back for the place, change the choice of what I ate hoping something would change. I like to give you two opportunities.

We stayed in this restaurant on Sunday. Unfortunately the service was very but very slow but the food deserves. rich and particular appetizers. altini prices but all in line with the quality offered. to improve service

Definitely more restaurant, than a real wine shop, but with a very interesting location and a great wine corner. friendly, professional staff, excellent raw material and cooked very well. ideal also for visiting a tanker as it is located in the center. recommended recommended
