Katherine’s - Cisne

Over the course of the last couple of years that Katherine's has been open, I've gone many times. My experiences have varied. The food is usually very good, the staff, however, is very rude. I was there yesterday for breakfast and was the only customer eating in the dining area at the time. Very loudly in the kitchen, I overheard the staff talking very poorly about my father, who is a regular. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome as I finished my meal, paid, and left. I still left a $3 tip on a $14 meal, but I am greatly discouraged from continuing to give them my business and will encourage my father to eat elsewhere too. Don't eat at Katherine's if you don't want the staff to talk about you behind your back! These people are not your friends!

Katherine’s is the best comfort food you will find for miles and miles. Everything they have is fantastic, and the owner is usually there working. The staff is always friendly and professional. They always have great specials going on, and be sure to save room for dessert! This place is definitely worth the stop, and even worth the drive.

Very cute roomy little diner. I've tried the wings, fries and tea they were nothing special. The waiter was not very polite. When I went in for the 2nd time for a to go order the waiter didn't welcome me and just looked at me. I had to go to her and tell her I had an order to pick up when it should have been obvious. They give large portions but the bfast food isn't great either.
