Seafare Fish Chips - Cirencester

This place used to be a go to but it’s gone very downhill. I never write reviews even if the food or service is bad but I just have to this time just to worn other people who suffer with anxiety! I would hate for someone to feel the same way I felt today ! The food was undercooked and some of the order was missing however this isn’t even the worse of the experience! I was served by a guy called Sam who was incredibly rude, and had the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced! This place isn’t suitable for people who suffer with anxiety due to the worker called Sam ! I’ve never felt so anxious in my life than when Sam was talking to me, he has no respect for the customers and because I got anxious the person who I was with tried to help me and said what I was trying to say and Sam just ignored him and was making me talk when I was struggling and then after he took our order he made a comment about how he doesn’t interrupt his mrs when they are out (why do we care about that) and had to tell him that was my brother ! Why assume people are dating and make comments, he’s too cocky and has no reason to be. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Never felt my anxiety be so high just felt like leaving and not even getting my food. Thank you, This took place at 18:50pm yesterday.

First time, spot on service, great fish and chips, and a slice of lemon !

This is the second week in a row we have been here, would throughly recommend this place, friendly staff, fresh and cooked to order, would definitely recommend them, BEST IN TOWN,

Best chippy I’ve had in a long time. Tasty fluffy, not at all greasy and very fairly priced!

Can’t go wrong with a bangin fish and chips Go for haddock it’s the most Underated !
