Trattoria Roma Ristorante Bar

My wife and I went out for dinner last week. She ordered the lasagna, while I had the mussels, and both dishes were excellent. Additionally, the service was wonderful. Our server was a young man who was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.

My fiancé and I had dinner here last night before heading to see The Lion King at the Aranoff Center. We made reservations, and they had everything prepared for us when we arrived. Our server, Brent, was fantastic! He was aware that we were going to the show and ensured our meals came out quickly. The appetizer we ordered was just okay, but my gnocchi pasta was incredible. We would definitely return to this restaurant. Thanks for a wonderful date night, everyone!

This was my first choice today, but had to go to Nada instead. When I went here at lunchtime, the place was closed. It was closed when I went there in early February too. I learned from the restaurant staff next door that the owner had fallen ill, and was forced to close suddenly. I hope the owner is doing well, and can open back up soon. I hate to see this place close permanently. It always had great food at reasonable prices. Get well soon Trattoria Roma Owner.

The service was outstanding, but unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations. I ordered the Linguine Bolognese, only to discover that it consisted of some ground meat seasoned with a few spices, tossed with linguini and topped with marinara sauce. This did not resemble a true Bolognese at all. To make matters worse, both pasta dishes were served in bowls that had a significant amount of excess water at the bottom. I had to drain at least half a cup of water from my Broccoli and Sundried Tomato pasta before I could even enjoy it, and the Bolognese had even more. While the waitress was lovely and attentive, her excellent service couldn’t compensate for the disappointing food.

This is my second time here and hand down is the best Italian joint in town. Atmosphere is very relaxing and the food is fresh and out of this world! Do yourself a favor and come dine at this place!
