STEAK 'N SHAKE - Cincinnati

Eating is a good service is absolutely terrible. if they don’t need 40 minutes to eat her in the driveway through them are either “switches” or “kitchen is closed”. looks as if they had hardly more than 2-3 workers.

Waited for over 30 minutes for eating and as a GrubHub driver who could lose a good amount of money. the customer I brought this to eat to get her money back. her shake was completely thawed and watery. I'm not sure how it was eating since the bag was sealed. I was standing up with steak and shake and nobody answered the loudspeaker. that was 20 minutes after opening. I went into the window and the guy said he gave him 10 minutes and he'll bring me the food on the parking lot. I waited for 25 minutes and then moved back to the window. About 5 minutes after that he gave me food and a shake that was completely thawed. Once I handed this all over to the customer, I told her to get her money back. terrible service! they only make delivery and drive thru, so it's not like they're busy.

I love banana milk shakes and my man likes some of the other malt flavors and the mall machine is always running and we get malt every time we go, except if this one is somehow working suddenly the mop machine is down every day that he works so that I only this type of skeptical, but other than this steak and shake is amazing

Time after the time I see the manager, the chaos in this barely keep in the restaurant. the great guy on the grill was the only reason why our order was taken and that we got to eat at all. get the screaming, aggressive manager and we'll be back!

Love the cotton candy shake ????? BUT when I pulled up to the window the guy said they was only taking online orders at the time. I said no problem and I parked and made on line order while I watched others place complete orders at the window?????? When I completed my order and went to the window it was a chic and she was confused about me asking if they were taking window orders now ????????????????? that dude needs to be fired!!! Wasted my time and my shake was wimpy as hell
