The level of attention and care I receive from this place is from this galaxie. bianca knows me. she's getting me. I could be bald dressed as a traffic cone, covered with fat, and she would notice me and be a real adult who knows what's going on with me. she told me I look like I'm staring at the next Marvel movie. she makes me special cinnamon drinks. this dieucks location has great energy and pay attention to detail. Do you understand what it means to be appreciated by a Starbucks employee? You don't. bianca is brilliant and deserves an increase.

Could they work accordingly or work faster? I tried to get a quick coffee, but the staff always made me drink.

This team did amazing! The batista who took my order even asked how to spell my name and that's the first time it's been right on a cup in a long time! My somewhat complex order was made perfectly and the batista communicated with me the entire time to ensure it was perfect! Awesome job!

Short staffed. The lady behind the counter was the only one there and was busy with drinks and cleaning. I waited at least 5 minutes as the only person in line for her to finish the order in front of me, but ultimately just had to get on the road. I wish Google tipped me off that the location was in a Kroger and not a stand-alone Starbucks.
