Contribuiți la feedbackThe service and atmosphere are great. The portions are very small for the price $18. My pasta dish tasted off like a sour tomato taste or like it had gone bad, and the noodles were overcooked and mushy. It seems to be very expensive for mediocre food, best to take your money elsewhereFood: 1/5
So we got take out, no issue there. However, we haven't gotten it in a couple months- did they change the crust? The outside edge is hard. The middle is very thin with a thick layer of cheese so it cant hold up. Very flimsy. I liked the old way so I hope this isn't permanent.
They stopped making things from scratch about a year after they open. Many former employees have some very negative and concerning things to say about management and the owner. This place is an absolute joke. I wouldn't waste my money here. Go to an authentic Italian restaurant because they go heavy on the microwave use and the sauce is bagged. God help you if you complain about the burnt food you were served.
I 'm in shock. We are long time neighborhood loyal customers at Sorrento 's. Tonight we walked in the restaurant because when we drove by the We Are Open sign was on. The were lots of parking spaces open. Upon entering I saw lots of tables were empty. I quickly darted to the bathroom because the Modelos from earlier in the night were catching up to me. After using the facilities I was SHOCKED to learn that we were refused service. The staff rudely informed us that we could not be seated. The restaurant, bar included, was fully booked for St. X 's Mom Prom. If that was the case, why was the Open sign on? Why wasn 't there a private event sign on the door? The entire experience was so bizarre we thought we were being pranked. Alas, it was reality. P
My family brought back eggplant parmigiana take out so I have no opinion of service or atmosphere.Unfortunately it was so highly spiced that my mouth was burning after eating only a small amount. The worst part was the eggplant. The skin was still on it, which is not really an edible part of the vegetable. It was gross. I did try to cut it off so I was able to eat a little eggplant. This is the first and last experience with this place.
