Rally's - Cincinnati

This is the WORST Rally's location. They never get the order correct and frequently forget entire items.

Their food thus far is Amazing, I'm loving the fries and my drink was strong just how I like it. Thank you to the Beautiful staff at Rally's tonight y'all beautiful people nailed it!!!!

The food was horrible, not hot, they never have ice cream,(it makes me think they just don't want to clean out the ice cream machine every night so they just don't serve it. The employees are rude and unfriendly. It seems like all of the Rallys are like this anymore. And then they always seem to be on shift change and can't take no orders while this happens. I've said to them before that I can just wait in the parking lot till the finish but they get very mad when I say this and then they proceed to tell me that I am NOT allowed to wait in the drive thru line and get pretty irritate with me that I am choosing to wait for them to get finished. It's like they all hate there job.

Placed a order online went to pick it up sat in line for 40 mins until they closed and once I realized no one was coming drove around to the other side and employees were just sitting in the car smoking crack they need to shut this location down seriously a choke and need my money back
