Contribuiți la feedbackI have always had great experiences at this restaurant, but today when I arrived at 10:50 a.m., I was surprised to hear an automated message on the Drive-Thru speaker saying they were closed. When I drove around to the drive-thru, the sign on the door said they closed at 10:30 a.m. I had to go to Wendy's to get my chicken sandwich, which was disappointing.
The drive thru took extra long time to place ordering not sure whether it was only short on the staff on this day or when it is always so, but it was ok except that the eating was hot and fresh.
5 stars, if I could) short: online pickup order placed, went inside to sign on resturaunts doors (obvily the doors were unlocked,) a male worker repeated screamed at me front service is closed without indication of declarations and showed the abyss customer service this location has. completely: placed an online order, got into the ride-dru-lane, noticed big signs at front doors, the read no front serice only pick up so I went in, a woman immediately confused and quietly said front is closed I answered oh I know I have a pick up then the african american herrmann packing order behind the recipe screams we are closed So I wanted to discuss that her hired man hadn't yelled at me for a reason, then she hung me in the middle of the sentence. I immediately cried out more and wept again, a man answering and he claims to be manager too. So I had to set up the expectation that manager can't hang on to their customers, I started to tell him the situation. he constantly interacts with the front is closed it is closed without giving me covid as a reason. again at this point I try to treat this fact that workers screamed at me for no reason! the male manager then says that you yell at me, I cried when I tried to run this conversation, you can hear my voice cracking, and it was very clear that no one gave one damn. After I did the thing that I was calm and was never rude for all employed there he reacted with them explaining it to them 4 times not this equipment the front is knocking them never weighting one out! After I kept saying that the doors themselves are open for picking up and that the doors were unlocked, I knew that this manager did not interest, so I asked about the memory and ended the conversation. I don't know the name of the male hired person, who kept yelling at me because he never turned around me or had a civil conversation. will never return to this place and hope that the disiplanary action will be taken.
It is a small area to maneuver her car. they also forgot a greater part of my eating, but when I called, they had it ready for me and they were really nice and apologized for their mistake. they are currently on drive-thru, even if they order online or via the app.
Most overpriced fast food meal I’ve ever gotten. Ordered a 2 piece chicken (not the combo), 5 piece blackened tenders (not combo) and a large side. They rung me out at $20.50, didn’t have the blackened ranch sauce either but they did have an attitude when asked about the $11.20 price for the blackened tenders. Very disappointing
