Mcdonald's - Cincinnati

This restaurant is great. It's much better than the Beechmont location. Trust me, you don't want to go there. Also, don't act like Jennifer from Beechmont.

I have always had fantastic experiences at this restaurant. The staff here have exceptional customer service skills, which I truly appreciate as someone who also works in customer service. They work hard and deserve kindness from everyone. I have no complaints about the workers at this location, only maybe about McDonald's itself.

Every now and then they may forget to leave out the cheese, but besides that minor issue, the staff at this restaurant truly take care of you and show respect. The service in-house is good, and if there are any mistakes, they will always apologize and ensure your order is correct and hot.

I give this place 5 starts because of Brenda! This lady needs a raise!! She has the most patience and is so kind hearted to EVERY customer even the ones screaming and cussing in her face! GO BRENDA GIRL!!!!!! And charles on the table always getting every order right!!! GO CHARLES!!!!!
