Mcdonald's - Cincinnati

The staff was very friendly and efficient, and our order was brought to our table by the cashier, which is a first for us.

If you visit in the morning, the service is consistently excellent. They prepare orders quickly, and as a DoorDash driver, I really appreciate that my orders are always ready and waiting. However, the night shift has been hit or miss, which seems to be the case at many places. Regardless, this is the only McDonald’s I go to because I can count on my food—and my customers' food—to be hot, fresh, and ready in no time!

I would like to give a heartfelt shout-out to the team working the closing shift on March 24, 2022. I arrived just ten minutes before closing, and despite my numerous modifications to my order, each item was fresh, hot, and exactly as requested. This level of service is quite rare, especially at a fast-food restaurant during closing time. Thank you for doing such an outstanding job; we truly appreciate your hard work!

I want to give 5 stars here because they 're usually pretty good at giving me an accurate and fresh order when I come in to order carryout... but for the last couple weeks now, I 've gotten off of work and tried to go only to be met with 'Lobby closed due to short staff ' which negates my ability to go at all (nondriver, can 't use drive thru). They need to either fix that or at _least_ post on their app or here if they 're open for carry out or not...

It's a typical McDonald's, but the service here is a bit slower than usual. The drive-thru line can sometimes move at a snail's pace. On the bright side, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff is reasonably friendly.
