That was great. cook was rude, but too worried about the time he gets to close and leave the kitchen (was about 9:30 a.m.) instead of being polite and putting customers first. to be clear, it was not at the closing time, and we have no idea why the cook would come out and say something first. the only time I ever had came out and talked to the table was to ask how the steaks and that was eating that they were prepared.) my wife asked for the manager. She was very nice. our waiter gage was great. also makes great margaritas. I would give them 5 starts instead of four, but the cook ruined it. None of the less, I would go back to any case, as long as the cook remains in the kitchen and we the waiter manager with customers to eat.

Although they were short staff the manager had stepped in and things went smoothly. Dinner was as good as expected or maybe a little better. Yesterday. Has gotten a bit pricey Is with dinner for 3 approaching the $100 mark without buying anything to extravagant.

Like all corporate run restaurant formats you will generally not get a bad experience, the food is good for the Americana. Streaks are the primary offering with the common added variations of shrimp or lobster. Then the menu goes to the chicken and fish ending to the one burger. Don't get the burger! I found it bland in flavor what a surprise. The steak and shrimp my spouse ate was the better meal. Finally the mixed drink margaritas are a joke. They look pretty, but find the tequila in the mix, I dare you!

The bar keep and my server both treated me with very good respect. I had some bourbon and also some appetizers and a dessert. They took fantastic care of me and they offer discounts for law enforcement and military and in my opinion that is a big plus. I would recommend this establishment of longhorn to anyone that wanted to have a good time and enjoy their food, and experience. They really made me feel like family.

Ordered carryout lunch soup, salad with Wild West Shrimp. Great customer service during the ordering process and pickup of my order which was timely. Food was hot, shrimp was still crispy even after my 12min driving destination. Thank you for the Great customer service and good food.
