Contribuiți la feedbackOrdered a turkey tom and it had one small piece of turkey on it. The sandwich is gross when the biggest portion between the bread is the tomato. This location uses to be good. Tgis is the second time ive ordered here and that was the what rhe sandwhich was like. I don't know if this is their way of dealing with inflation or what. But I wouldn't waste your time or money here unfortunately
Places a curbside order and ended up having to walk inside to get it. Not one customer inside- 2 people working, younger brown haired girl who was wearing a Chipotle ? shirt sitting at a table with a lap top, looking like she was doing homework. Also a younger black male who I watched talk on the phone outside for 20min while my order sat in a bag on the counter.........Trash location.
Ordered delivery for today last night for 11:45 for a corporate lunch. An hour later and it’s still not even here.Called after it was 20 min late. Lady that answered was rude and said it was already out for delivery. After 20 more minutes, it still wasn’t delivered. When I called the 2nd time the lady said “oh it’s right here. We are sending it now.”Work is only 10 minutes from the location. I could have picked it up after the first time I called if they didn’t lie about it. Will never order from them again.
This is the second time I've had to take my sandwich back in because they only put one slice of turkey on my beach club. The first time it happened in Crestview Hills Ky location back in January, they made it right, but this time at the Red Bank road, Cincinnati location, they refused to make it right when I showed them the one sliver of thin sliced meat and argued with me about how they're supposed to do it. I've been eating the same sandwich for 15 years and NEVER had this issue until these two times. I'm starting to think this is a new policy to rip off customers. I literally go there for the heavy meat portions but never again.. Why would I pay 17$ for some bread and cheese. There more cheese than anything. And these kids were incompetent and rude because when I asked for a refund they were not only rude about it but they didn't even do it right. They didn't have put my card in the machine and he gave me back their merchant copy saying they refunded it but it was only for the base amount before tax. Then customer service of course nobody answers. These kids were rude as hell and clearly they dont want to be there and should be supervised. Also, another Jimi Johns location was rude over the phone when I asked if they delivered because the guy didn't want to wait for me to find the address of the house i was working on. This company is going downhill fast. Stop hiring losers.
Both the girl taking my order and the person making it didn't seem to hear what I asked for.l on my sandwich....my mind is blown.
