I strongly recommend ordering online instead of by phone. When things get hectic, they often won't take phone orders, and some employees can be a bit brusque when informing you of this. Personally, I don’t mind waiting an extra couple of minutes to ensure my order is correct. I understand that busy times can elevate stress levels, but I encourage the staff to take a moment to focus and get it right. Thank you for consistently making the best pizza. Like many businesses, you're facing challenges in retaining staff and attracting new applicants. Unfortunately, the turnover rate here seems to be quite high, which is affecting service.
