Buffalo Wild Wings - Cincinnati

Eating was just okay. our waitress was great. the young children at the front ignore them simply and are rude as they disturb them. waits for an hour (for a request I called) after my eating should be readyfood: 4/5

Two weeks after my experience was terrible and I will never be back! first week was not sitting ignored for 30 minutes we waited many sitting and the person who came behind us sitting immediately! then we took a very rude place tonight from someone and our table was dirty. many tables opened and cleaned. stood there for 5 minutes no one ask why we haven't been sitting yet! hostess totally ignored us when she stood with us! we have gone out. some months ago, terrible eating had taken out. all wrong.

I just bite into a boneless chicken piece and it was a bit really hard that I woke up and my teeth hurt, so I spit it out and there is a big piece of metal that they put in my food!

I ordered a few people after working with my friend. we ordered a burger and pommes for me, she has wings, pommes, extra ranch and a drink when I picked her up, they gave me the bag and said nothing. When I came to my car, my friend asked where her drink was, so I went back to get it. the guy on the theke went away without saying anything, and the girl even said that he just left without saying, also I will be right back and he returned with the drink. After I came back to the car and went, my friend checked the rest of the food and we realized that they forget an order of fries as well as the extra ranch. the ranch was not a big thing, but we missed the half of what we ordered. we came home and started eating immediately and found that their wings were not hot at all. all about this experience was a disappointment and we will never order again from this place.

This restaurant is dirty, especially as you walk in. The young male cashier was unfriendly and never even said thank you. The food was good as usual but now they add a $1 pick up charge, that is new to me. Since when does a restaurant charge you to pick up? I added $2 for the tip but this cashier did nothing to earn it. Food is good everything else is highly questionable.
