The staff were more than happy to prepare a fresh batch of no-butter pretzels for my two-year-old who has a dairy allergy. They were very friendly and chatted with her the entire time.
I would appreciate it if, when I'm spending my hard-earned money at a restaurant, the staff would greet me with a warm smile or a friendly welcome.
Cheap, fast-food quality, but I do enjoy a good almond pretzel from this place.
Great pretzels, worth waiting in line for.
