Arthur's - Cincinnati

Got charged for someone else's meal. My card was charged once for my burger, and once for someone else's meal. When I noticed the extra charge, I tried calling, but got no answer, and followed up with attempting to message their Facebook page, but also got no response there. The burger was decent, server was good, but I left an extra $20 poorer.

Fantastic burgers every time we go. Burger Madness on Sundays and Tuesdays is absolutely worth it. Beautiful quite patio in back. Parking: Parking lot behind buildings through several alleyways.

They did an awesome job cooking and catering to my yelling child. The waitress brought her crackers and was super sweet!

Arthur’s is and always will be our favorite date night, especially on the beautiful patio.The service is always excellent and team driven.Fries are always perfect and the right thickness. I’m really into the new toasted buns and tonight might have been my best burger out of at least 100 I’ve had at Arthur’s. I will say I’m not into the weird bacon on the new blt salad, it’s a passAtmosphere, food, service, value and fondness in our heart are what Arthur’s has going on. Ya dig?
