Aroma And Sushi - Cincinnati

The Pad Thai noodles are consistently excellent, and the smoked salmon nigiri was great as well. However, the Bengal Roll didn't meet my expectations; it was too pricey and not worth the cost, in my opinion. I usually prefer the Bearcats roll from this place instead.

I've lived in Korea and have a great appreciation for bibimbap, especially when the blanched vegetables are lightly cooked yet still crisp. There are several places in Cincinnati that manage to get it just right. Unfortunately, the bibimbap I tried here was overcooked and soggy, which is not how it should be. The only aspect I really enjoyed were the mushrooms, which were seasoned well on their own. The dumplings were also quite good.

Why were the portions so small? When we visit Aroma, the servings are generous. In fact, they're massive, and each roll has at least eight pieces. What a letdown!

All of the food was good but to add $3 to the seafood spicy ramen you'd expect there to be more than 2 pieces of shrimp in it. Overall it was great but again the $3 up charge for the spicy ramen seems a bit much

This restaurant is a regular favorite of mine. They consistently deliver great food, although it can get quite busy. However, the service has always been good. Plus, they offer discounted sushi for takeout, which is a nice bonus!
