Five Star coffee shop, I am a frequent visitor, the coffee is the best in town, service excellent, my day is not complete without a visit.

Extremely slow service. We had to wait 25 minutes for three drinks. What were the staff doing??
I have been there once and will never go there again. I was ignored by staff. Asked one member of staff about something and she could not answer me....
