I was really disappointed with my experience. The ordering process was smooth, but we had to wait a long time for our food. When it finally arrived, the tater tots were cold and our sandwiches were barely warm. While the ingredients were fresh, the burger had almost no flavor. I won't be coming back here again.
The restaurant is somewhat average. There's not much more to elaborate on. They provide a typical Chicago-level of customer service, which generally involves young staff who may lack adequate training and problem-solving abilities. The food is decent, provided your order is right. They're not terrible, but they also don't stand out from the competition.
We ordered the Reese's peanut butter malts, which looked fantastic, but unfortunately, they tasted like vanilla with just a sprinkle of crushed Reese's on top. It didn't quite match the image on the menu. Since we took it home, we didn't realize until then; otherwise, I would have mentioned it to the server. We appreciate the effort, though. While we waited for our malt, there was a steady stream of cars placing orders, so maybe it was just one of those nights for malts. We plan to give it another try in the near future.
So I had the worst service here. the manager was so rude. we waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru only to be warm and wrong for our food. also my coke was flat. I got the worst service. the manager was so rude that my daughter went in to find out what her problem was. If I could give negative stars, I would.
