You look at Pernil when you buy the whole leg. If you only want a small pernil, like half of the leg they consider it Carne para tamales and they invite you. It's still pretty cheap.

Buy some Arrachera best price round. Do still have the meat to grill Had the Arrachera. It was phenomenal!!!! Simple marinade and a nice hot grill 13 lbs fed several for under $80. Will buy my grilled meat here.
