If there was a sixth star, I'd give it to him too! The restaurant and on Monte Cicerale and therefore enjoys a wonderful panoramic view of the valley. The food is great and genuine and all produced locally. Appetizers, based on salum cheeses and vegetables under oil are excellent. The first are the firti pieces, I appreciated the ravioli and tagliatelle with pumpkin and fennel. The meat is great, I ate the very good bark. The owners are very kind and we have entertained many local stories. We come back every year and continue!
