Tandoori Nights Ngaio

The best Indian takeaway. Food is so tasty (I highly recommend the Kadhai Chicken) ... whenever I have other Indian food around Wellington I'm always comparing it to Tandoori Nights, and almost always TN comes out on top for taste cost

Butter chicken, garlic naan and onion baji were all very good. Large portions too. Will come again.

Solid local curry shop, open until around 9, usually you can drop in around then (if you're annoying). Solid vege and vegan options, a garlic naan that's garlicky, but not too garlicy. Proper tandoor roasted meats and breads, quick and easy service. Perfect for a lazy night.

Great food, quickly served, friendly staff. What more could you ask for? In my 13 years of being in ngaio, these guys have been my favourite Indian takeaways place since forever, and I have tried other Indian takeaway spots as well.

Tandoori nights is the real taste of the tandoor! Such great authentic taste and affordable. The dhal has a wonderful flavour with lots of red chili which makes on fire! Great for vegetarians.
