Fantastic to find a fully gluten free cafe. I had the build a bowl and it was delicious.

Excellent spot for the vegetarian gluten free people. Lots of options here and informed staff. They had scones!

Some nice waffles a bit goey inside though but it was yum. Lots of options and a very cozy atmosphere.

The staff at Seize understand gluten free and we’re happy to make sure that my meal was safe. They boiled the cutlery and put my coffee in a takeaway cup to make sure it was not contaminated. The food was delicious. If I am ever back in Wellington, I will def be back.

Quite good! Declined a bit over the years…salads have got bland and they stopped doing waffles. Nearly completely GF, but the occasional thing is marked as not GF.
