The Old Coppers Malthouse

This is a fantastic place to eat and enjoy a beer. The bartender who served us was very friendly and offered us an excellent selection of beer. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I highly recommend visiting this place!

My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant, and it was delightful! We both ordered a baguette filled with chips and salad, and I must say it was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly tasty—an excellent value for the price. In addition, I enjoyed three pints of ale, which I highly recommend. We'll definitely be trying another beer soon. Phil and his wife were very welcoming and provided friendly, professional service.

The beer was excellent! I've been staying near the restaurant while on holiday and have already visited a few times, and I’d love to go again. The glasses were clean, the taps were well-maintained, and there’s a fantastic selection available. The pool table is decent, although it feels a bit cramped by the windows; however, a short cue makes it manageable. Thanks!
