In seriousness, if I evaluate this restaurant based on customer service food cleanliness professionalism, I would give them a 110 of 100. With a smile, treated with respect. As far as I could see in the window, the restaurant looks extremely clean and well maintained many employees work quickly and efficiently. Outside the restaurant was very clean. Taste of the burger was great, I think it is better than Whataburger.

Fantastic staff and great leadership team here. They always go above the call of duty to ensure a great experience. The standard is set for ALL other restaurants here. Just a great place to eat.

I love eating there and their amazing gallons sweet teas with extra razzie. But last time I got 2 gallons of sweet teas with the lawn, it didn't taste so amazing, so I called them and told them about my problem and I went back yesterday and they repaired it for me. Thank you very much, hopefully this time it will taste great.

Pals is always good, always fast, never gets your order wrong. A little expensive for fast food, but totally worth it for speed, good service, consistency and genuine good meat. No trans fat non-organic garbage like McDonald's. There is fat but atleast it is fat you can burn ha. Everybody from East TN loves friends.

There is a reason that Pals is only exclusive to the condition of Tennesse it is hot always and fresh need very clean for size and fast and the food doesn't matter what you order because everything is good it is also a decent price much better than what you pay McDonald's or elsewhere. And, in my opinion, is better food?
