Panda Express - Chula Vista

The order was fast. I have my food in about 5 minutes. There was a line, but the employees were fast. I took time. The place was relatively clean. My only grip is when I go through this area or by, you'll see homeless people walking around. Nothing bad, but I had homeless people who follow me.

Unfortunately, this is the most convenient restaurant for me, so I've had to order from them several times. They consistently disappoint by forgetting items. They claim everything is included in the bag, but you end up waiting forever, even when you order online to skip the line and reduce wait times. It’s ridiculous that you have to ask for teriyaki sauce with your teriyaki chicken! It just doesn’t make sense. I really dislike this place, but it's the closest option. I’ve learned to check my orders before I leave, just to avoid the headaches.

I rated this restaurant 2 stars because the staff was rude and the customer service was lacking. The background music was excessively loud, making it difficult to communicate with the employees. They defaulted to speaking Spanish without checking if I understood the language, which I found odd. They were unresponsive to my questions and seemed irritated when I struggled to hear them. However, the food was quite tasty, and the orange chicken was crispy. I ordered a large plate with one main dish and three sides, choosing teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, veggie rolls, and a combination of noodles and steamed white rice. I recommend this place only if you don't mind poor customer service.

This place must be well maintained. Inside to dirty, food too salty, bathroom out of order. Management has to do a better job in this business.

Workers from Saturday 11/06 very unprofessional. At this location your normal portions are very small. Do not order online, no recommend.
