Novo Brazil Brewing Otay Ranch Mall

Second time I order the Avocado Salad and it didn't disappoint. I added Grilled Salmon this time and it was grilled perfectly. I Will definitely order again. I ordered the Watermelon and Mint Kombucha????

This place was SOOOOO GOOOOD!!! The cheese empanadas with the garlic oil are tastyAF! The carne asada fries are super fire, with a cream sauce and a salsa that are a flavor I've never had-so yummy!

When you're in Southern California, you enjoy hard kombucha while watching the Super Bowl! I've been a fan of Novo since before they opened their fantastic second location at Otay Ranch Mall! They offer amazing Brazilian beer, refreshing hard seltzers, and delicious kombucha made locally in Chula Vista. You can drink on tap or grab a case of cans to take home.

This past weekend, we celebrated the 40th reunion of Bonita Vista High School, and thanks to Jimmy, the manager, it was a tremendous success! He collaborated with us for nearly a year to plan the event, and everything turned out perfectly. The food spread was not only delicious but also affordable. All attendees could conveniently pay for their drinks as they ordered. We enjoyed Karaoke and adorned the venue with our school colors and memorabilia. One classmate even created a fantastic photo slideshow with music, which Jimmy helped us display on multiple large-screen TVs. The service was outstanding throughout the event. Overall, it was a huge hit, and I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone planning an event or simply looking to relax with a drink.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times, and while it is on the pricier side, I was truly impressed by the improvement in service during my most recent visit. The beer and kombucha are consistently excellent, but the level of service today was remarkable! At least five different employees stopped by to check on us. The music has also been upgraded and is spot on, with live performances that enhance the atmosphere. The food is costly, but the portions are generous. Overall, I’d give it more than five stars—I can definitely see a difference. Thank you!
