Lolita's Mexican Food - Chula Vista

I've been going to Lolita's since 1989 and always got the bean and cheese burritos for my kids now my granddaughter and it's a shame that they have to make them so small it's all tortilla no beans in a little bit of cheese and not only the one off the freeway the one in East Lake too I would pay extra if they just added some more beans and made the ratio right

The food is incredible but unfortunately my husband hasn’t been able to taste it. The past two times we’ve gone, we have requested no guacamole because he is severely allergic to avocados and they keep putting it anyway. Such a shame we will never go back.

Service: I am highly allergic to avocado and requested no guacamole (which was listed in the description). I then asked if there was any avocado at all in the dish and the cashier snapped You already said no guacamole... I got it . In my years of experience with Mexican food, I have requested no guacamole and had my food arrive with avocado slices or something similar. The cashier 's response was unnecessary.Food: I ordered a small Tsunami Fries (carne asada shrimp). There was practically zero cheese (see pic). Additionally, I consume far more salt than I should on a daily basis and this dish was too salty for me. The fries and carne asada were so heavily salted that I ended up just picking out the four shrimp and throwing the remainder of the food in the trash.This was my first and last visit to Lolita 's.

Lolitas never fails. Comforting food, and atmosphere. Awesome customer service. Love coming here for everything. Especially for my Carne asada fries. Parking: Shopping center has Free parking, first come first serve, next to a 711, pizza place, fruit icecream store, Canadian burger/food. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food and establishment. Even for the picky kids!

Good food! A little pricey. This Lolita’s is located in the same parking lot as Canada steak burger and 7-11. A little disappointed, the last few times, my food has felt like it was rushed and thrown together. We ordered the California burrito, beef rolled taco combo plate and carne asada burrito.The quality and quantity of food has definitely change over the years, along with the prices. Good customer service. Overall good taco shop. Not my 1st choice but not my last.
